Shipping:
Audrey's Online will be shipping UPS or USPS depending on size of order. The items purchased will be packaged, measured, and weighed. UPS will charge accordingly, then we will charge your credit card for the shipping and handling fees.

Returns:
Audrey's Online return policy- No refunds.
Merchandise exchange or store credit only with in 30 days. Postage will not be refunded. Sewing Machines, Sergers, and Vacuums have 20% restocking fee. There are no exchanges or store credits on special orders, books, software, patterns, or any other printed material.
